Last week, I gave a talk about consolidating customized product copies into a common product line. Using a model based approach, reverse engineering techniques, and taking individual product line requirements into account gives you a chance to improve the variabiliy comprehension to reach your target.

In summary: The conference was pretty interesting and they had a couple of pretty good talks. So +1 for the Karlsruhe Entwicklertag and I am looking forward for the 2013th edition 😉
